I also offer website design, network security assessments, intrusion prevention, with the best solutions and remediations necessary, to keep all your data and information secure and protected.
I understand that all dental offices and/or small businesses are different and have different needs, budgets, requirements, demographics and such. I provide consultations as well as the best and sensible solutions providing a detailed plan of action that fits your practice and/or business. I provide staff training and friendly support so they can learn their responsibilities, duties, available resources, time management, financial policies, helping maximize production and collections.
My Experience
I graduated in Business Administration with a focus in Computer Systems Engineering . I have worked developing methods for dental practices and small businesses to bring technology solutions, development, training, and implementation since early college days back in my home country, Colombia.
I am an experienced Dental Practice Administrator with several additional responsibilities such as IT Development, Maintenance and Management, as well as Insurance and Billing Manager for a respected dental office for the past 15 years. Now as a dental consultant, I am able to apply my management skills, combining technology, computer repair, server and network architecture as well as management, installation and configuration for dental offices and small businesses.
My Skills
I possess a sharp eye for detail, which I use to find inefficacy in processes, organizational flaws, computer security deficiencies and ways to improve in management organization. Identifying these, helps me design the best solution and plan of action to maximize production, improve your collections and optimize the use of your available resources. I work well under pressure and can produce high-quality work in short periods of time. I have strong interpersonal skills that help me accomplish and execute plans designed according to your needs. I am compliant with all requirements needed to ensure that your office is safe and that it meets and exceeds the standards and requirements for the dental industry along with other business requirements.
My Passions
Outside of the office, I mostly enjoy spending time with my beautiful daughter working on projects together or enjoying our gaming passion together. I am an avid soccer player. I'm an active member of the Lawrence Adult Soccer League with team "LOL" as a goalkeeper.
I enjoy reading journals and news from the dental industry and news concerning small businesses. Also, I keep updating my knowledge in new products and innovations related with dental software, dental insurance changes, ADA® and KDA updates, as well as topics related to the industry. Always staying current with all technology changes, security threats and software and hardware updates applicable to dental offices and small businesses.
